Planning Phase (Prior to 150-Days before your wedding):

• Online Resources to reference for guidance.

• Recommended Vendor List provided by planning team for the couple to hire on their own.

• During this phase of the planning process, the couple will hire all of their vendors, make their decor and design decisions, and complete each aspect of the planning portal.

SSWE EVENTS TEAM PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE:​

• At 150 days, communication with the planning team begins via messaging app.

• Executive Planner Meeting to get to know each other better + go over the Final Phase of the Planning Process

• Assigned to your event: Executive Planner, Assistant, and Client Manager

• Final Reconciliation Video Call at 3 weeks

CREATING YOUR WEDDING DAY BLUEPRINT:

• Timeline development questionnaire

• Develop, update, and manage Event Timeline through a software program.

• Develop and Manage Wedding Day Production List + Schedule (this includes Vendor Team's Set-up and Strike)​

COORDINATING THE LOGISTICS AND DETAILS:

• Ceremony + Reception Site Visit - Final Walkthrough of your Wedding Day

• Floor Plan Assistance

• Ceremony Flow and Formation

COORDINATING THE DETAILS WITH YOUR CONTRACTED VENDORS:

• Review Vendor Contracts

• Communication + Management

• Logistics coordination with the venue and vendors

• Distribute Event Timeline and Production List

• Final Vendor Confirmation​

REHEARSAL SUPPORT:

• Orchestrate Ceremony Rehearsal or support Church Coordinator

• Review Event Timeline with Wedding Party

EXECUTING WEDDING DAY:

• Wedding Day SSWE Team for up to 10 hours

• Oversee setup of Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception sites

• Set-up all personal items (Including Programs, Favors, Escort Cards, Signage, Cake items, Guestbook, Card Box, Memory Table, etc.)

• Supervise all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time and execute their contract and commitments.

•  Execute the flow of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

• Coordinate Reception formalities.

• Deliver final payments and/or gratuities to vendors.

• Pack-up all wedding items to designated area.

• Check-out with all vendors and venue to ensure the return of venue security deposit.
